Each session lasts 40 minutes. This is your time, so we will focus on the topics that are most relevant to you.

Because we know that everyone's journey is different, this time will be just for you. When booking a slot, you will be asked to share what topics are most pressing or which questions you'd like to discuss. This will allow us to prepare and make the most of the time together.
Common topics are: career advice, portfolio / CV review, project feedback.

Yes! Victoria and Maria can mentor you in both English and Spanish.

After our call you will receive an email with the summary of our conversation and, if relevant, extra resources to continue your learning.

We are committed to offering good quality mentorship, and expect the same commitment from mentees. For each session we prepare in advance and followup with a summary and extra resources to maximise impact. We believe this space together is highly valuable and, thus charge a fee to for our time and expertise.

Yes. You can cancel a session free of charge up to 24h before the scheduled time.
You will be refunded in full when cancelling with more than 24h notice. For cancellation requests submitted less than 24h before the session, you will be charged 50% of the cost.
